This site has been set up by Saher Ahmad’s family in her memory. Saher tragically died in February 2015 at the very tender age of 20 years. We, her family, want to set up a charity in her memory to help young people suffering from depression and to help reduce the stigma around mental health.

In life Saher was committed to helping others. She wanted to do this in her work as well but depression cut her life short and she was unable to fulfil this ambition. We hope this charity will serve her memory well by bringing hope to those who need it most. Suicide is too common. This charity will try to reduce the stigma around mental health and, in turn, help those as Saher would have wanted.
