NMH – one of Saher’s favourite places

Thanks for visiting the Saher’s Trust website.

This has been set up in memoriam by the family of Najmus-Saher Ahmad. She tragically took her own life in February 2015. We are devastated by the loss of our talented and beautiful daughter, sister and friend. In life, Saher was committed to helping others. So in death, we would like to remember her by setting up a charity to help students, and their families, who suffer from depression – Saher’s Trust. We also want to reduce stigma around mental health and improve levels of care around the country. You can find out more in the ‘About‘ section.

If you would like to help the charity then please let us know through our ‘Get in Touch‘ section. We are in the early stages of setting up so grateful to know if you want to help, and what you might like to contribute in skills or practical help. We want everyone who made a positive impact on Saher’s life to be part of this, and we look forward to hearing from you.
